Slumber Party

Do you remember Duchess? She was my little F1 girl that was only about 15 pounds. I loved her. She had one litter for me before retiring. Anyway, one of her pups is spending the weekend here with us. He came today and is absolutely adorable. I love him. He reminds me of Duchess, only with a better coat. His name is Peyton. When he was a baby we referred to him as Louis Armstrong When Duchess pees she does the funniest thing; she lifts up one of her rear legs. She doesn't stick it out like she is hiking a leg. She squats down and lifts the leg straight up towards her ear. I about fell over when I saw Payton doing the same thing. Who would have thought that would be an inherited trait?
